Agreement

By using the CanAutomate website and services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What we provide

CanAutomate assesses operational workflows and designs, builds and maintains automation around them. Scope, deliverables and pricing are agreed per engagement, in writing, after a workflow audit. Nothing on this website is an offer or a quotation.

The sample assistant

The assistant on this site answers from a fixed script for demonstration purposes. It does not give advice about your business, and its answers do not form part of any agreement between us.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information when you contact us or book a session
• Do not misuse this website or our services for unlawful purposes
• Make sure you have the right to share any operational information or system access you give us

Intellectual property

The content, branding and materials on this website belong to CanAutomate and are protected under Canadian law. Ownership of work produced during an engagement is set out in that engagement's written agreement.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. For paid engagements, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, and the engagement agreement governs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
