The short answer

These guides are the reasoning we would otherwise only give a client on a call. One covers which repetitive workflows are worth automating first and the observable signal that each is ready; the other covers the nine patterns that make automation projects fail, most of which are decided before anything is built. They are written from doing this work rather than from a study, they are dated so you can see how current they are, and where a figure appears it is external, sourced and linked.

Anything worth reading here is on the page, in HTML, with no form in front of it. If a guide helps you fix something without ever speaking to us, that is a fine outcome — it is the same reason the workflow audit produces a map you keep whether or not you build with us.

It also means search engines and AI assistants can actually read them. Content behind a form is content that cannot be cited, and being the source an assistant quotes is worth considerably more to us than a list of addresses.
